PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD: VISA OR MASTERCARD Card number and expiration date. Cardholder's name and initials as shown on card. Cardholder's full address with postcode. Delivery address if different.

DEBIT CARD: SWITCH OR DELTA As above plus the following: Card start date or issue number. CARD INFO: After your first order we can supply any title without you having to give details again. Please inform us if there is a change in card number or expiry date. A minimum order value of £5.00 is required. Any order under £5.00 will be subject to a 50p surcharge. RECEIPTS: A receipt will be enclosed with all card transactions. Please check carefully and report any discrepancies immediately. CHEQUES/PO'S: Payable to S.CALLAGHAN OR DESTINY RECORDS. No cheques under £5.00 please. CASH: Sent at own risk and by Recorded/Registered post only. VAT (17.5%): All prices quoted include VAT. UK ONLY: Recorded delivery is optional and will be charged at 60p extra per parcel despatched if requested.

JAPANESE CD'S: We cannot cancel Japanese CD's once they have been ordered. Please only order if you definitely want the title.

DELIVERY TIMES IN STOCK Titles in stock will de despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order. OUT OF STOCK UK release: Allow 14 days. European release: Allow 21 days US release: Allow 28 days. Japanese release: Allow 42 days All times are approximate. Please phone/fax/e-mail to check on any order you have not received.

DAMAGES CD's: All damages/faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt. A replacement will be sent on receipt of the original.

BOXES: All boxes are despatched in mint condition. If they arrive damaged you can obtain a PR1 from your local Post Office to make a claim.

NON DELIVERY Destiny Records obtains a proof of posting for all packages and attaches a return address label to each. Therefore no responsibility can be taken for non-delivery. However, appropriate assistance will be given with any claim.
